BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY Peak season is all NSW & VIC long weekends, all NSW & VIC School holidays; Xmas holidays, being 20th Dec-31st Jan. At the time of booking a deposit equal to one night is required to secure the booking, Balance (Off peak season) is required 48 hours prior to arrival, Group Bookings (Off peak season) will require balance paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. ALL Bookings (Peak season) will require balance paid in full 1 month prior to arrival (unless advised otherwise in writing by Boomerang Way Tourist Park)
Payments can be made with Visa or Mastercard over the phone or in person by due date, we accept cash.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING No refund will be given for shortened stays, inclement weather, illness or change of mind once arrived. Where you have booked via an Online Travel Agency ( OTA) you will need to abide by their cancellation policy. We recommend that you take Travel Insurance to protect your investment. OFF PEAK - $30.00 administration fee on all cancellations with greater than 48 hours notice in Off Peak or Greater than 1 month for Peak season PEAK Seasons - Where less than 1 months’ notice is provided, the Min Admin fee will be equal to one nights' accommodation (up to full booking amount). During Peak Seasons, we will only refund the nights we were able to fill, less the one night admin fee. Should you cancel a booking the person who fills the site will have first option to book that site for that period the following year.
