DEPOSIT POLICY

                                          

At the time of booking directly with Boomerang Way Tourist Park (Also referred to as "BWTP or "We"),via Phone or Email; Park office staff will ask for a Minimum deposit equal to 1 nights’ accommodation.

The Balance of payment will be as follows;

Group Bookings (booked in off peak) – Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival

Long Weekends – (Except Easter, Christmas New/Year, Labour Day) – Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival

School Holiday Bookings (Except Easter, Dec/Jan) - Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival

Special Events – Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival

Easter & Dec/Jan School Holidays; Easter & Labour Day (Rod Run) Long Weekend – Balance due 1 Month prior to arrival.

Off Peak – Non Group bookings, Balance due day prior to arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made to pay on day of arrival.

Where final payments have been requested, for the Long weekend/ School Holiday period or Special Event, or group booking, then payment in full is required at the time of booking.
