CANCELLATION POLICY
Where you have booked directly with BWTP, either via phone, email or BWTP website; this policy applies.
Where you have booked with an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or 3rd Party website: your cancellation policy may vary so you will need to refer to your provider, in the first instance, for details of your said policy.
NO REFUND will be given for shortened stays, inclement weather or change of mind once arrived. If cancelling on the day of arrival, this too will be deemed a shortened stay.
OFF PEAK -- $30 administration fee will apply to all bookings where greater than 2 days’ notice is provided, and the booking is not part of a Group Booking. Where less than 2 days’ notice is provided, the administration fee is equal to the first night of your stay.
PEAK SEASON -- (Incl. Gazetted NSW & Vic Long weekends & school holidays) $30 administration fee will apply to all bookings where greater than 1 months’ notice is provided. Where less than 1 months’ notice is provided, the administration fee is equal to the first night of your stay, and up to the full booking amount if your site is unable to be filled for any or all of the stay.
GROUP BOOKINGS -- $30 administration fee will apply to all bookings where greater than 2 weeks’ notice is provided Off Peak or Greater than 1 months notice in Peak season. Where less than the required notice is provided, the administration fee is equal to the first night of your stay in Off Peak; OR if Group booking is during peak season then the Peak Season cancellation policy applies.
SPECIAL RATES: Where a non-refundable, Special Rate booking has been made; no refund or credit will be provided regardless of notice period.
Cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be individually evaluated and considered by Park Management; you will be notified of the outcome. BWTP reserves the right to ask for documentation to support your extenuating circumstance.
PLEASE NOTE: Booking alterations include date changes, Increase or reduction in nights and/or guests. These fall under the same rule as a cancellation and must be amended prior to the free cancellation period Reduction of Guests must be notified prior to arrival.
