Booking Terms & Conditions
We at Boomerang Way Tourist Park, pride ourselves on every guest having an enjoyable guest experience. To assist with making this possible, we outline our Booking Terms.
Terms and conditions we have outlined here, are intended for the purpose of Short Term holiday accommodation; whereby you book for an agreed period of time, on any Powered sites; Ensuite Powered sites, Motel Rooms, Cabins or Poolside Villas at a nightly or weekly rate. When you choose to stay at Boomerang Way Tourist Park, (Also referred to as “We” or “BWTP”) it is understood that you agree to abide by, the BWTP Terms & Conditions, outlined here, together with any Park Signage and House Rules. Prices may be subject to change without notice on any bookings not secured with a deposit, OR where changes to the number of persons/pets, accommodation type or dates.
All bookings must be made by a person 18 years of age or older. All persons under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18.
Parties or gatherings on the BWTP premises is strictly prohibited, unless the Group Gathering has been pre-arranged with Park Management. Should you/your group create Undue noise, cause damage, become a nuisance or annoyance to neighbors or other park patrons or if you become abusive towards other park patrons or any park personnell; we reserve the right to terminate your occupancy immediately, without refund.
All visitors to the park during your stay MUST report to the office. Visitors are to park in the Visitor parking provided and must be departed from the park by no later than 9pm. Please check with the office if your visitors are wanting to use any of the park facilities. BWTP reserves the right to charge a fee, depending on what facilities are being used by the visitors.
1. DEPARTURE TIME for all Powered Sites, Ensuite Sites, Motels, Cabins and Poolside Villas is STRICTLY no later than 10am. BWTP reserves the right to charge a late checkout fee, if departure is after 10am. We need this time for housekeeping and Grounds Maintenance to prepare rooms and sites and clean amenities in preparation for the next arrivals.
2. ARRIVAL times are
a. NOT BEFORE 12pm for Powered Sites and Ensuite Powered sites;
b. NOT BEFORE 2pm for Motels, Cabins, Poolside Villas.
3. BWTP staff reserves the right to charge an Early Arrival fee should you request an arrival prior to these times.
Should you require an Early Arrival OR a Late Departure, please check with Park Office the afternoon prior to your arrival or departure.
Upon your arrival, BWTP staff reserves the right to ask for photographic identification. We may also ask for a Credit Card to hold as security against your accommodation.
All Bookings and All Cancellations are required to be made by a person aged 18 years or older.
DEPOSIT POLICY
At the time of booking, BWTP staff will ask for a Minimum deposit equal to 1 nights’ accommodation. The Balance of payment will be as follows;
Group Bookings (booked in off peak) – Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
Long Weekends – (Except Easter, Christmas New/Year, Labour Day) – Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
School Holiday Bookings (Except Easter, Dec/Jan) - Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
Special Events – Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
Easter & Dec/Jan School Holidays; Easter & Labour Day (Rod Run) Long Weekend – Balance due 1 Month prior to arrival.
Off Peak – Non Group bookings, Balance due day prior to arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made to pay on day of arrival.
Where final payments have been requested, for the Long weekend/ School Holiday period or Special Event, or group booking, then payment in full is required at the time of booking.
PLEASE NOTE; all bookings made are deemed a tentative booking until a Deposit has been made. Tentative Bookings are subject to change without notice. BWTP Reserves the right to add a 2.5% surcharge to all Visa and Mastercard Payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
NO REFUND will be given for shortened stays, inclement weather or change of mind once arrived. If cancelling on the day of arrival, this too will be deemed a shortened stay.
Where you have booked with an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or 3rd Party website: your cancellation policy may vary so you will need to refer to your provider for details of your said policy.
Where you have booked directly with BWTP, either via phone, email or BWTP website;
OFF PEAK -- $30 administration fee will apply to all bookings where greater than 2 days’ notice is provided, and the booking is not part of a Group Booking. Where less than 2 days’ notice is provided, the administration fee is equal to the first night of your stay.
PEAK SEASON -- (Incl. Gazetted NSW & Vic Long weekends & school holidays) $30 administration fee will apply to all bookings where greater than 1 months’ notice is provided. Where less than 1 months’ notice is provided, the administration fee is equal to the first night of your stay, and up to the full booking amount if your site is unable to be filled for any or all of the stay.
GROUP BOOKINGS -- $30 administration fee will apply to all bookings where greater than 2 weeks’ notice is provided Off Peak or Greater than 1 months notice in Peak season. Where less than the required notice is provided, the administration fee is equal to the first night of your stay in Off Peak; OR if Group booking is during peak season then the Peak Season cancellation policy applies.
SPECIAL RATES: Where a non-refundable, Special Rate booking has been made; no refund or credit will be provided regardless of notice period.
Cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be individually evaluated and considered by Park Management; you will be notified of the outcome.
PLEASE NOTE: Booking alterations include date changes, Increase or reduction in nights and/or guests. These fall under the same rule as a cancellation and must be amended prior to the free cancellation period Reduction of Guests must be notified prior to arrival. DURING YOUR STAY
1. While the base cost of your site is for up to 2 persons; The maximum number of persons permitted to occupy a Powered Site or an Ensuite Powered Site is 6. This number includes Newborn babies to Adults.
While the base cost of your Motel/Cabin/Villa is for up to 2 persons. The Maximum number of people who can occupy the accommodation type is determined by the total number of beds in that Motel, Cabin or Poolside Villa. This number includes Newborn babies to Adults.. Persons found occupying the premises over and above the number on the booking may give rise to an additional fee or early termination for breach, without refund.
2. We allow 1 Recreational Vehicle (also referred to as "RV) or Tent and 1 car per Powered or Ensuite powered site, unless arrangement prior to arrival has been made with Park Management.
3. We allow 1 car and no trailers per Motel and per Cabin. We allow 2 cars OR 1 car+1 (no longer than 6m) trailer per Poolside Villa.
4. We DO NOT allow electric vehicles to be charged at the Motel/Cabin/Villa as we are not insured for this to occur. Choosing to charge your vehicle without our direct permission, may result in termination for breach, without refund. Should your charging vehicle cause a fire, you are wholly responsible for all costs incurred.
5. Any/All Theft or Breakage or Damage to the property (including Accommodation furnishings, Powerheads, Tapware, Gates or other) are to be reported to the reception immediately, and paid for within 24 hours of cost being advised. Once damages are assessed, you will be provided an invoice for the damage, which is payable within 7 days of the invoice being issued, this cost may include loss of business.
6. All Powered Sites, Ensuite Sites, Motels, Cabins and Poolside Villas are to be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Rubbish is to be removed, dishes are to be washed up, dried to returned to the drawer or cupboard they came from ( for Motels, Cabins and Poolside Villas).
7. Keys for Ensuite sites, Motels, Cabins and Poolside Villas or the Accessible amenities, are the responsibility of the guest. For lost or no-returned keys, BWTP reserves the right to charge you $100.00 for locks to be changed and key replacement. In addition, you may also be charged for loss of income if bookings need to be cancelled as a result of key loss by you. Where your key has resulted in an After Hours call out, BWTP reserves the right to charge a $50 call out fee.
8. BWTP reserves the right to take a Pre-Authorization/Security Deposit (Bond) for any Site, Motel, Cabin or Poolside Villa accommodation. Where required or requested, A valid Visa or MasterCard is required on check-in. A pre-authorised payment may be taken from your card and held as a security deposit for damages, excessive cleaning or extra charges. The pre-authorization/security bond varies depending on accommodation type booked and length of stay. Where a security deposit was taken, it will be refunded ( less any charges) upon check-out, after an inspection of your site or room. PLEASE NOTE: When we process a refund, the processing times may take from same day to 5 working days, depending on your bank, for that security deposit/balance to appear in your account.
9. BWTP takes no responsibility for any personal property, lost or stolen during your stay, or when left on the premises, upon your departure. Any found property can be promptly returned to you upon receipt of a self addressed Australia Post satchel.
10. Parking for one car and 1 RV is allowed on each powered site, provided all vehicles fit on the site and do not impede on the roadway. Visitors to your site are to park in the visitor carpark. Alternatively, when you remove your car from your site and park in the visitor carpark, then you visitor can park their car on your site.
11. Parking for 1 car per Motel and Per cabin and 2 cars per Poolside Villa has been made available. BWTP requests that you only park in your designated car space. Extra vehicles, boats, etc may be accommodated elsewhere for a fee during NON busy peak periods. It is your responsibility to check with Park Management before arrival at the park.
12. By booking to stay at Boomerang Way Tourist Park, you are agreeing to abide by the Park Terms and Conditions outlined in this policy. You also agree to be responsible for any person staying on your site, also, any day visitors to your site that they too are aware of our park policies. You are responsible to ensure your guests/ visitors abide by any Park House Rules posted in any cabin, camp kitchen, Pool or Recreational area. You are also agreeing to ensure children are supervised and are back at their site by dusk. Children (aged 15 or under) are not to be wandering unsupervised (by a responsible adult over the age of 18) after dusk.
13. All roads inside the park are Gazetted; therefore NSW Road rules applies. Please be familiar with road rules for Pushbikes, Scooters, Skateboards or the like whether electric or manual push.

PLEASE NOTE it is illegal to ride privately owned E-SCOOTERS on public property in NSW. As we have Shared roadways, BWTP does not permit the use of E-scooters inside of our park.
BWTP streets are recognized as "Shared Zones" and the "Shared Zone" road rules apply. BWTP has signposted 5KM/hour inside the park. This is the equivalent of a Brisk Walking Pace. Please abide by this speed limit at all times, with all motorised vehicles,pushbikes, push scooters or similar. For the safety of all BWTP guests, Park Management reserve the right to limit access to any vehicles who continually breach this road rule; In Addition, we reserve the right to confiscate pushbikes, push scooters or similar where there is a breach of speed.
PET POLICY
Bringing a pet with you to BWTP is a priviledge. This however, can change without notice, should people choose not to abide by our pet policy. We ask that you please read and familiarise yourself with the detailed policy so as to not spoil it for others.

BWTP allows Maximum 2 pets per Powered or Ensuite Powered site, In your own accommodation you are not limited to the type of pet, however your pet must be inside your accommodation when you retire at night. Pets are not to be left unattended, at any time during your stay. You are wholly responsible for your pets behaviour and for picking up after your pets. Pets are to be tethered and supervised by a Responsible adult over 18 at all times. Please ensure you have advised the park prior to arrival the type of pets you are bringing, so they can be pre-approved and possibly avoid disappointment.
BWTP allows Maximum 2 Dogs (no cats, birds or other pets) per pet friendly cabin. Your pet must be inside your accommodation, with own bedding, when you retire at night. Pets are not to be left unattended, at any time during your stay, nor are they to be left to sleep outside your cabin. You are wholly responsible for your pets behaviour and for picking up after your pets. Pets are to be tethered and supervised by a Responsible adult over 18 at all times. Please ensure you have advised the park prior to arrival the type of pets you are bringing, so they can be pre-approved and possibly avoid disappointment.
