CANCELLATION POLICY
NO REFUNDS will be issued for any event or circumstance beyond the control of Boomerang Way Tourist Park, where the park is still open for business. NO REFUNDS for shortened stays, inclement weather, "change of mind" once you have arrived. Day-of-arrival cancellations are treated as a shortened stay.
Third-Party Bookings: If you booked via an Online Travel Agency (OTA), including G'day Parks, please refer to their specific cancellation policy as it may vary.
Direct Bookings (Via Phone, Email, or BWTP Website):
Cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be individually evaluated and considered by Park Management; you will be notified of the outcome.

- Off-Peak: A $30 administration fee applies if more than 2 days' notice is provided. Less than 2 days' notice results in a fee equal to the first night of your stay.
- Peak Season (NSW & Vic. Long Weekends & School Holidays): A $30 administration fee applies if more than 1 month's notice is provided. Less than 1 month's notice results in a fee equal to the first night of your stay, and up to the full booking amount if the site/room cannot be re-filled. Where the site/cabin is able to be rebooked, a refund/credit for the total nights booked less the cancellation fee will be provided.
- Group Bookings: A $30 administration fee/site or cabin applies with 2 weeks' notice (Off-Peak) or 1 month's notice (Peak). Standard Peak/Off-Peak fees apply for shorter notice periods.
- Special Rates: Non-refundable special rates provide no refund or credit regardless of notice.
- Booking Alterations: Date changes or guest reductions are treated as cancellations and must be amended prior to the free cancellation period.
