Booking /Agreement Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at Boomerang Way Tourist Park (BWTP), you (the "Guest") enter into a legally binding agreement for short-term holiday accommodation. This agreement applies to all Powered Sites, Ensuite Sites, Motel Rooms, Cabins, and Poolside Villas.

Your occupancy is subject to these Terms, all on-site Park Signage, and House Rules. BWTP reserves the right to adjust pricing without notice for any booking not secured by a deposit or where changes are made to dates, guest numbers, or pet status.

AGE REQUIREMENTS & SUPERVISION

• Primary Guest: All bookings must be made by a person 18 years of age or older. 
• Minor Policy: All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times during the stay.   

CONDUCT & NOISE POLICY

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, BWTP enforces a strict conduct policy:

• No Parties: Social gatherings are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged and authorized by Park Management.
• ​Prohibited Behavior: Undue noise, property damage, or becoming a nuisance to neighbors or other patrons will not be tolerated.
• Abuse Toward Staff: Any abuse directed at park personnel or other patrons is grounds for immediate eviction.
• ​Termination: BWTP reserves the right to terminate occupancy immediately without refund for any breach of these conduct terms. 

     
VISITOR POLICY - We welcome visitors of guests under the following conditions:

1. Registration: All visitors MUST report to the reception office upon arrival.  
2. ​Parking: Visitors must use the designated Visitor Parking area. 
3. Departure: All visitors must depart the park no later than 9:00 PM.  
4. Facilities Use: Use of park facilities by visitors must be approved by the office and may incur a fee.

PET POLICY

Bringing a pet to BWTP is a privilege that requires strict adherence to our Detailed Pet Policy

• Approval: All pets must be pre-approved by Management prior to arrival.
• Limits: Maximum 2 Dogs per Standard/ Drive Through or Ensuite Powered site or Pet-friendly cabin.
• Supervision: Pets must be tethered, supervised by an adult (18+), and never left unattended at any time.
• Hygiene: Owners are wholly responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.
• Night-time: Pets must be inside your accommodation/RV when you retire for the night.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE POLICY - To ensure high standards of housekeeping & grounds maintenance, BWTP strictly enforces the following schedule:

                                                 Departure Time (Check-Out):

No later than 10:00 AM for all Powered Sites, Ensuite Sites, Motels, Cabins, and Poolside Villas.   

• BWTP reserves the right to charge a late checkout fee if departure occurs after 10:00 AM.       

                                                 Arrival Time (Check-In)  

• From 12:00 PM -- Standard Power sites, Drive Through powered Sites and Ensuite Sites  
• ​From  2:00 PM --  Motels, Cabins & Poolside Villas

Early Arrival / Late Departure:
Requests must be made with the Park Office by the afternoon prior to arrival/departure. NB..Fee may apply.

Security & Identification: Upon arrival, BWTP reserves the right to request photographic identification and a Credit Card to hold as security against your accommodation.


DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

All bookings are considered "tentative" until a deposit is secured. Tentative bookings are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Equal to one (1) night’s accommodation due at the time of booking, Unless advised otherwise in writing
• Surcharge: A 2.5% surcharge applies to all Visa and Mastercard payments.
• Balance of Payment Schedule:
  • Easter, Dec/Jan Holidays, & Labour Day (Rod Run): Balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
  • Long Weekends, School Holidays, Group Bookings, & Special Events: Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Off-Peak (Standard Bookings): Balance due the day prior to arrival (unless pre-arranged for arrival day).
• Note: Full payment is required at the time of booking for any peak period or special event where final payments have already been requested.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS will be issued for shortened stays, inclement weather, or "change of mind" once you have arrived. Day-of-arrival cancellations are treated as a shortened stay.

• Third-Party Bookings: If you booked via an Online Travel Agency (OTA), please refer to their specific cancellation policy as it may vary.
• Direct Bookings (Via Phone, Email, or BWTP Website):
  • Off-Peak: A $30 administration fee applies if more than 2 days' notice is provided. Less than 2 days' notice results in a fee equal to the first night of your stay.
  • Peak Season (Long Weekends & School Holidays): A $30 administration fee applies if more than 1 month's notice is provided. Less than 1 month's notice results in a fee equal to the first night of your stay, and up to the full booking amount if the site/room cannot be re-filled.
  • Group Bookings: A $30 administration fee/site or cabin applies with 2 weeks' notice (Off-Peak) or 1 month's notice (Peak). Standard Peak/Off-Peak fees apply for shorter notice periods.
  • Special Rates: Non-refundable special rates provide no refund or credit regardless of notice.  
  • Booking Alterations: Date changes or guest reductions are treated as cancellations and must be amended prior to the free cancellation period.

Cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be individually evaluated and considered by Park Management; you will be notified of the outcome.

OCCUPANCY POLICY


Site Occupancy:  Maximum of 6 persons per Powered or Ensuite Site (includes infants to adults). Base cost for site is for up to 2 people.

Motel/ Cabin Occupancy:  Strictly limited to the number of beds provided in the specific Motel, Cabin, or Villa.

• Exceeding these limits may result in additional fees or immediate termination of stay.     
  
  

Vehicle Limits:  

• All Powered sites (incl. Ensuite sites) 1 Recreational Vehicle (RV) or Tent + 1 Car per site.     
• ​Motels/Cabins: 1 Car (No trailers)  
• Poolside Villas: 2 Cars OR 1 Car + 1 Trailer (max 6m)

• Parking: All vehicles must fit within your designated site/space and must not impede roadways. Visitors must use the Visitor Carpark.

ESSENTIAL SAFETY & INFRASTRUCTURE

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging: STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Our Motels, Cabins, and Villas are not insured for EV charging.

• Unauthorized charging is a breach of contract and will result in immediate termination of stay without refund. The Guest (Vehicle owner) is wholly responsible for all costs and damages in the event of a fire caused by unauthorized charging.

Property Damage: All theft, breakages, or damage to BWTP property (including furnishings, powerheads, and tapware) must be reported immediately. Invoices for damages are payable within 7 days and may include loss of business costs.

• Condition of Premises: Accommodations must be left in the condition they were found. Dishes must be washed/dried, and rubbish removed.
• Keys Responsibility: Lost or non-returned keys incur a $100.00 replacement fee. After-hours call-outs for lost keys incur a $50.00 Callout fee.

PARK SAFETY & NSW ROAD RULESAll roads within BWTP are Gazetted Shared Zones; therefore, NSW Road Rules apply.

• Speed Limit: Strictly 5km/h (Brisk Walking Pace) at all times.
• E-Scooters: Private e-scooters are PROHIBITED inside the park. 
  PLEASE NOTE it is illegal to ride privately owned E-SCOOTERS on public property in NSW.
• Supervision: Children (aged 15 or under) must be supervised by a responsible adult and must return to their site/accommodation by Dusk.
• Bicycles/Scooters: Management reserves the right to confiscate equipment or limit vehicle access for continued breaches of speed or safety rules.

SECURITY BONDS & LIABILITIES

• Security Bond: BWTP reserves the right to take a Pre-Authorization (Bond) on a valid Visa or Mastercard at check-in. This is refunded (less any charges) within 5 working days of an incident-free inspection. 
• ​Personal Property: BWTP takes no responsibility for personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay or left behind upon departure.
